Want to to upgrade your boat with the latest hardware? Look no further than the T2™ Soft-Attach Carbo Block collection from Harken. These high strength composite Harken T2 Blocks have no metal rivets or shackles and are the lightest soft-attach blocks Harken has ever produced. Great performance, weight savings, and versatility make these blocks ideal for dinghy and small sailboat applications.
Soft-Attach? What Does That Mean? Soft attachment blocks replace traditional shackles and metal fittings with line or a loop. In addition to weight savings, soft attach blocks won't scratch or dig your deck or spars and the flexibility allows proper load alignment. Pretty cool huh? Use these Harken T2 Blocks for traveler controls, mainsheet and vang systems, cascades, bridles, and more.
Composite construction using fiber-reinforced, high-strength nylon resin (no metals!). Low friction ball bearings with curved races allow smooth action under load.
Articulates to align with load, reducing friction on the system.
Available in 29mm (shown), 40mm, and 57mm with included non-stretch lashing line.
Don't worry, Harken has you covered. The T18™ Soft-Attach Block compliments the T2™ range with a highly functional 18mm block for up to 5mm line. Composite sheave and sideplates, stainless steel ball bearings, and integrated stainless inner race provide an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. This block is perfect for Laser sail controls - use them as dangle blocks, lash them to your deck plate, or integrate them in your outhaul and cunningham systems. The possibilities are limitless, and it's super easy to try something new.
