Gill North America

All Gill products come with the "Gill Guarantee". This means that you can trust a Gill product to perform whenever you need it to. The "Gill Guarantee" covers against all defects in material and workmanship which means that if, after inspection, the product is found to be defective (other than fair wear & tear) we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge. Please note that neither normal wear and tear nor neglect and mishandling of zippers will not be warranted.

Hobie Cat

Hobie Cat offers a two year limited warranty on all Hobie Cat sailboats. Hobie Cat Company, Hobie Cat Australasia and Hobie Kayak Europe warrant that new boats boat are free from defects in materials and workmanship. All replacement parts or repairs are covered for a period of two years. Restrictions apply.

Ronstan

Ronstan International Pty Ltd and Ronstan DK ApS warrant the goods manufactured or sold by it to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for three (3) years, and unless otherwise stated, from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Watches, clothing items, and accessories are limited to a period of one (1) year.

Stohlquist Waterware

Stohlquist WaterWare products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or loss of property, and damage are excluded. For consideration under this warranty, and you are the original purchaser, and you purchased the Stohlquist WaterWare product from an authorized Stohlquist dealer, please return the item directly to Stohlquist WaterWare, with your proof of purchase (sales receipt). An authorized agent will then arrange, at no charge to you, the repair or replacement of the product This is Stohlquist WaterWare, Inc.'s sole and exclusive remedy for the original purchaser. In order for any claim to be processed, warranty information must be on file, and have been sent no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Any replacement product is warranted to the original purchaser of the Stohlquist product for the life of the product. This warranty does not cover any damage or defect, caused by misuse, abuse or accident and is not transferrable.
