Excellent customer service is simply how we grow and thrive. From interns to the president, we're staffed with small sailboat sailors.

 

George Yioulos (Owner)

George started sailing seriously at his high school in California, where he earned his varsity letter on the sailing team. At college, George competed for four years as a varsity skipper, coordinating the University of Oregon's team for three of those years. George was named to the All-Northwest Sailing Team twice and in his year he was selected for the Jim Rousmaniere Student Leadership Award and was elected to the College Sailing Hall of Fame. George spends much of his time working to promote youth sailing programs all over the Northwest. He is a High School coach, a board member for the Columbia Gorge Racing Assocation, and actively involved in most levels of Youth, HS, college sailing and beyond. George currently races Lasers, Moths & Tasars.

 

Kyle (Order Fullfillment)

Kyle has worked at West Coast sailing since 2007, when he was pressed into service to fill the increasing webstore business. A shipper extraordinaire, Kyle is active in College Sailing, where he serves as the Northwest Conference Commissioner for college sailing. He spends many hours volunteering at College and High School races, and he logs many miles doing so. Kyle is racing Tasars here in Portland, and someday, we'll get him a Laser to campaign in the gorge.
