A great option for summer sailing Zhik's Microfleece shorts are reinforced with highly abrasive resistant Zhiktex in the rear panel to give durability where it's needed. ZhikSkin MicroFleece is relatively thin (1mm) super stretchy neoprene, laminated with a very fine inner layer of silver fleece. This combination produces a suit that is as warm as traditional 2 or 3mm neoprene yet is ultra-light, and offers greater versatility in warm water conditions with a variety of air temperatures. In cooler air the thermal layer kicks in, reflecting body heat back and thus warming the water that is trapped in the fine fleece layer. In warmer air the minimized insulation layer helps to promote the water cooling effect.

Can also be combined with the Zhik PowerPad system.
